Christmas Day at the farm

Christmas Day is always at the farm. Except when I'm not in the country, and it's somewhere else. But in Australia, it's always been at the farm. We go up after a breakfast of chocolates, or any leftovers from the night before, and then generally have big morning tea.

Then it's present time for the Stephensons, and then more food, general lazing about and then more food. A lovely day all told. Normally catching up on extended family gossip and that sort of thing.

I had a lovely day, having not been home for three christmases, it was really nice to be back. It was warm, the grass was green, and I could see the glasshouse moutains. But I wrote about that in a chrismas email, so I'll just leave this with the pictures. The thing we're throwing is something the children were given as a group, it's a like a frisbee, only it's a ring, that flys in the direction of axis, instead of perpendicular to it, like a frisbee.
