Going up Trölladyngja had been a bit of a recce for this trip. A date no less, with a charming young lady who, despite preferring scuba diving, deigned to go for a walk with me instead one fine tuesday evening.

We had a lovely evening, strolling leisurely across the hraun, and ascending the at times rather slipper side of Keilir, then sat on top, enjoying the warmth and the view. A bit longer than Trölladyngja, and definitely steeper, but not actually as high :)

Alas, twas not to be between us.
