Continuing my baking craze, I tried out a few other things I missed. Lemon poppyseed cake! I pretty much followed my sister's recipe and it came out pretty damn well! I think it was a little undercooked, it was a bit dense and moist, but still, delicious! With so much egg and margarine, it's a very very very different mix than scones!
