Cheesemaking for beginners - colours and rolls with lemonjuice

Another cheesemaking course, with Brynja from upstairs, who'd been wanting to for a while, Tóta, who'd also missed some earlier ones, Viðar, who'd made beer, but not cheese, and later Fannar and Soley turned up. We made lots of cheese! The tray of cheese is from 6L of milk. We used about 40ml of lemonjuice per liter. The sushi chef led the way with the whole crew making more perfectly formed rolls, but I showed them who was boss by making coloured cheese. The green ball with sesame seeds has chilli powder blended in, and is meant to be psseudo wasabi :)
