After the Rottnest trip, Oli and Steph took us away on a four day camping trip down to the south west. We had plans for some olive tastings, winery visits, the first ever south west beer festival, some caves, some forests, some beaches, and some generally good times camping with friends.

All missions were accomplished.

We stayed the first two days in a lovely caravan park near Gracetown, and one evening went out to the beach itself for sunset.

The whole place is a lovely area, I could easily spend some more weekends hiking and camping and relaxing. The caravan park host we had was also very nice, even coming round on her bike one evening to make sure we'd seen the kangaroos by the toilet block, as she knew we were foreigners. (Or at least, sort of foreigners :)
