Our friends Bjöggi and Eija had a baby daughter not longer after us, and we were invited to their naming ceremony. Unlike ours, which was only family, and rather large and extended, and run by a priest in the Icelandic Lutheran Church, this was more friends, less family; and run by a priest of the Icelandic Pagan Society. While still religious, this was much simpler and shorter!
