As part of a poorly maintained plan to go hiking once a month, Bjöggi and I, with Johnny, went for a walk up Helgafell behind Hafnafjörður on a beautiful winters day.
We took a different path than usual, straight up the gully, which was lovely with the snow making it nice and solid for hiking up. Spectacular weather, not a breath of wind, I was wearing just a t-shirt and gloves by the time we got to the top.
All in all, another great walk up one of my favourite hills around town.
